Thomas J. (Tom) Foglesong
Thomas J.
(Tom) Foglesong, PMP, is a Program Director for GWA Innovative Technology, Inc.
and is responsible for managing the company's Joint Ventures as well as other
Information Technology support service contracts and all company business involving
Public Health. Complementing his education at Georgia State University and his
Air Force tour of duty is almost 40 years in the Information Technology marketplace.
His career spans the full range of technical support, operations management, business
development and marketing as well as operations support, contracts and executive
management.
Interspersed in Mr. Foglesong's career are over 10 years of
international management experience. The 10 years off shore includes 2-years in
Italy, 6 years in Canada and the remaining two years managing in Switzerland,
France, Belgium and Sweden. Mr. Foglesong brings a great career of employee leadership
and team building. In addition, he has extensive training and leadership in the
area of Total Quality Management (TQM) and with that comes a deep commitment to
meeting customer requirements and adding value to the customer's operation.
Finally,
Tom brings a strong commitment to the community. During the last 10 years he has
been on the Board of Directors of two chapters of the American Red Cross. His
first board assignment was in support of the Baltimore Chapter and his current
tenure of almost 6 years is with the American Red Cross of the National Capitol
Area. In addition to his Red Cross activity, he is active with the Knights of
Columbus - a Catholic organization focused on the support of those in need around
the community.
Kathy Graeber
Kathy Graeber,
a certified senior professional in human resources, is the Manager of Human Resources
with GWA Innovative Technology, Inc. At the helm of HR, Ms. Graeber is responsible
for all facets of GWAs human resource department including: employee relations,
recruiting, training, benefit administration, compensation, safety, and HR administration.
Ms. Graeber has a bachelors degree in business administration with a concentration
in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Dallas.
Ms. Graeber brings to GWA unparallel HR expertise. Prior to joining GWA,
she worked for five years as a Regional Human Resources Manager for a medium sized
government contractor. In this role she was responsible for the HR function for
multi-site locations throughout the state of Texas. As an entrepreneur, Ms. Graeber
has also operated her own successful HR consulting firm supporting HR initiatives
for companies located throughout the Dallas Fortworth metroplex area.
Ms.
Graeber also has many years working in the private sector. She has spent over
fifteen years performing various Human Resources roles for globally recognized
companies focused in an operation/service arena. These positions included: Corporate
Manager of Human Resources, Blockbuster Entertainment, Regional Personnel Director,
Dominos Pizza, Employee Relations Manager, Zale Corporation and Training
Operations Representative, Eckerd Drugs.
Ms. Graebers vast
experience in many HR disciplines and her varied work experiences has been the
driving force catapulting GWAs Human Resources Department towards its goal
of being a truly first class human resources department.
Latoya
M. Jones
Ms. Latoya M. Jones, MPA, is a Sr. Program Manager with
GWA Innovative Technology, Inc. Ms. Jones is a dynamic professional with over
8 years of comprehensive small business and government experience. Ms. Jones is
skilled at defining and implementing change strategies, technical and non-technical
solutions, and providing technical assistance and training on large-scale, multi-million
dollar government contracts. Her areas of professional concentration lie in Program
Management, Call Center Management, Data Collection and Analysis, and Technical
Writing.
Ms. Jones has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from
Hampton University and a Masters in Public Administration from George Mason University.
She also studied International Business and Culture at the Ecole Superieure De
Commerce De Dijon in Dijon France. Ms. Jones has worked with various government,
private, and independent sector organizations to include the Department of Labor,
National Institutes of Health, Department of Justice, General Services Administration,
Accenture, and Ashoka Innovators for the Public.
Ms. Jones works to ensure
optimal success of GWA's call center operations and to strengthen GWA's service
recognition in the call center market.
