GWA supplies qualified personnel to the State of Texas as a prime contractor through the Department of Information Resources (DIR). GWA provides services ranging from Project Management, Software Analysis and Development, Computer Programming, Technical Writing, Business Analysis and Process Improvement to Help Desk Services. DIR issues Work Orders within the general scope of the contract and specifically defines the scope of the project and schedules of deliverables along with performance standards and metrics when applicable. Services are required from both classified agencies and Higher Education throughout the State of Texas.
